Housing Committee

On 09/24/24, your Local E-Board approved a motion to appoint an ad-hoc “Housing Committee”. The purpose of this committee is to include 1466-member input when Parks begins updating the Agency Housing Policy.

Per Article 8, Section 2 of the 1466 Constitution, A Chair will be appointed by the Local President to represent the interests & priorities of this committee at Statewide & Regional UMCCs, report any proposed agency updates or developments to membership for approval or feedback, and set the committee agenda and meeting schedule at the local level.

Any 1466 member in good standing may join this forum to observe the function and processes of this committee. With the approval of the Chair & Local President, any 1466 member in good standing may ask to be appointed to serve on this committee.

The following email was sent on 10/7 and will be resent 10/14, 10/21, & 10/28 to all 1466 Bargaining Unit Employees re: recent Housing Notices & Disclosures.
